Vinyasa Flow
Carrie’s signature vinyasa class is filled with intention to empower you toward your highest good. You will move, breathe, strengthen muscles, release tension and invoke your most courageous, powerful self. The delicate balance of her sequences creates a space to feel empowered, to surrender into your wholeness, to come into union with You!
Gentle Flow
This gentle and compassionate yoga practice is an invitation to reconnect with your body in the most tender way. Developing and increasing flexibility in our hips, hamstrings, lower back and shoulders, the areas most of us hold stagnant energy within our bodies.
Take this time to honor your body’s journey, moving with care and intention. A bolster and yoga blocks are recommended for added comfort as we nurture both strength and serenity in this calming practice. Embrace the beauty of this gentle mid-day reset.
Hatha Flow
A grounding and balanced class, moving from a warm up through Classical Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). Hatha translates into Sun and Moon and it’s here we practice finding a balance of dualities to experience wholeness. Influenced by the nature of the five elements that express in the form of our bodies and surroundings, we move to reconnect with our true nature. This class is infused with yoga teachings, pranayama, and meditation. It is perfect for beginners and available to all level practitioners.
